Of those, I know the Flash plugin error is known and being worked.
Both Beryl and Wine are avaialble through the repositories and you might
have had better luck with those versions.
The problems you are experiencing are not typical. Please provide
details of the hardware you have (particularly motherboard, CPU, and
video type) and tell us how you installed Ubuntu.
