Public bug reported: This bug is in gnome-theme-manager but malone does not allow that package to be used.
Steps to produce bug: 1) Download a new theme (metacity, gtk, or icons) to desktop. 2) Open gnome-theme-manager (System -> Preferences -> Themes) 3) Drag and drop new theme onto the gnome-theme-manager-window. 4) When asked whether or apply new theme or keep current theme, choose 'keep current' CPU then jumps to 100%.
