Please sync cdrdao 1:1.2.3-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
* Merge with Debian unstable; remaining Ubuntu changes:
- debian/patches/14-arm-target.patch: Add armv7l target.
- debian/*: Don't build gcdmaster to avoid old GNOME deps.
The first change, the armv7l target, is unnecessary, as I built cdrdao
1:1.2.3-1 (the version in Debian) in my ARM ppa, and it built successfully [1].
The second change, removing gcdmaster, was only done because cdrdao was in main
and pulled in universe dependencies (from what I can gather) [2], and, since
cdrdao is now in universe, the removal is no longer necessary.

Explanation of FeatureFreeze exception:
As evidenced in the comments for Bug #791467, there is a strong desire for
reinstating the gcdmaster package, and it would cause no harm having it back in
the repository. It builds/installs properly as part of the cdrdao source
package.

- Add 18-create-valid-desktop-file.patch and remove deprecated UTF-8
Encoding entry, fix outdated categories and Icon entry.
- Add 19-fix-format-not-a-string-literal-error.patch which prevents a FTBFS.
- Add 20-fix-spelling-and-hypen-used-as-minus.patch which corrects errors of
the same name in cdrdao's and gcdmaster's manpage.
* debian/rules:
- Use dh sequencer to simplify debian/rules and to provide recommended
build-arch and build-indep targets.
- Build with --parallel.
- Use --with autotools_dev addon to provide an up-to-date config.sub and
config.guess file and do not remove these files in the clean target.
- Build with --Wl, --as-needed to avoid unnecessary dependencies on
gcdmaster.
- Enable all hardening build flags with hardening=+all.
