Please sync ogre-contrib from Debian unstable (contrib).

It produces the ogre-plugins-cgprogrammanager package which is seperated
from the main ogre package due to it's dependency on the package nvidia-
cg-toolkit found in Debian (contrib).
This package has been available for Debian but was never in the Ubuntu
archive. Here is the latest changelog.
ogre-contrib (1.4.3-1) unstable; urgency=low
* New upstream release.
