Public bug reported: The overlay scrollbars are in common a bit tricky.
I have not observed any crashers of them, but in about 50% of all cases they prevent software to work correct. For example: The last I have had here is in firefox. The menu points like bookmarks is appearing, but the drop down of the menu do not happen. Only moving the cursor away and move it on again bring the menu-pojnt full visible. This breaks the users workflow. This is a ubiquious problem that happen often on the systems( different Ubuntu versions). Those off us who are long years linux users do not see this anymore, or it disturb us not to much. But for a new user this must be disturbing. This would also be the explanation why reports on this do not come up often. The older have other more serious problems and the newer do not know how to report or against which package.
