Public bug reported: 1. Ensure that hidden documents are not shown in Nautilus (with Ctrl+H, not with Files > Preferences > Views > "Show hidden and backup files" check-box which is also buggy : bug #1154713) 2. Right-click > New Document > Empty Document 3. Name it ".test"
What should happen : the file created should disappear. What happens : the file is renamed "Untitled Document". If you hit F5 the file disappears normally.
