Public bug reported:

For about two weeks I have been experiencing extremely low-speed internet
connectivity. I tried to use my home network from Windows and it works
normally. I also tried it with a virtual machine launched on Ubuntu with
different network options on VirtualBox (NAT and Bridged Network). It worked
with the same low speed with NAT but worked normally in Bridged Network mode.
There are some web pages I can hardly use (ex. Facebook, Youtube), and some I
can't use at all (ex. Dropbox.com).
