I tried running your .susres file with "apport-bug" on my computer, and
it behaves normally. So I figure it's something specific to your
computer, such as one of the log files that it wants to collect has
become huge. As these tend to get rotated away quickly, can you please
first check if you can still reproduce the problem by downloading the
attached report (unless you still have it), and running "apport-bug
/path/to/susres.2013-03-04_00:21:37.773382.crash"? You can interrupt
that with Control-C after some 20 seconds or so, i. e. once it's clear
that it still behaves badly.

If so, let's check the various files that Apport is looking at. Please
copy&paste the output of

  ls -lR /var/log/pm-suspend.log /var/log/udev /var/lib/pm-utils
/var/log/dist-upgrade/

if one of them is very large that could explain the problem. If not,
it's likely one of the commands that apportcheckresume runs, and we need
to dig further. Thank you!
