Thanks a lot for all the help and the information, I must admit this is all a 
bit over my head but with your help it's not fixed I installed hda-jack-retask 
(manual compile, I'm running Linux Mint) like they say here :

Then ./hda-jack-retask and I set the Green Headphone, Front side to
Override and Not connected, click Apply now, and Set as boot default. I
just rebooted and it's working.

No more annoying noise now, big thank you. I hope this will be fix in
future releases, this problem must drive thousands of people crazy.
