Note that while Evolution has Contacts/Tasks/Calendars/Memos, it seems
like users have to configure email in it to use it even if they
initially launch it from Office/Evolution, so it's probably sane to hide
the Office menu because it's always an email client no matter what, and
users will see the other features after they configure email in it
(Maybe the description could be updated, 'evolution email and personal
information manager'? That's a horrible string but I don't know how to
phrase it.)

In addition, the Office/Evolution item's tooltip is not phrased as an
imperative verb, as per the GNOME HIG and every other app in the default
menus.
