May you have a very good day sir Michael Nagel, thank you very much
for your quick response, I clarify that I have very vague notions
regarding the management of the pc, you have much reason in this
comment: "site" (Unfortunately this type of problems occur more often
than they should, and although it might actually be a problem with
Simple Scan, in our experience, most times not.) because I say?, i was
looking in the ubuntu repositories and my surprise, clarified that if
I was charged another scanner program, this would bring a conflict,
then uninstall one of the programs and it worked perfectly, previously
at another time I've used it with some previous conflicts, (devido the
above) but started very well, and I managed to work perfectly with
simple scan. I am very grateful and I learned more in this PC world. I
send away right through the warm greetings and apologies if something
is badly written degas the use of a translator, because I do not speak
English, only Spanish.
