i was able to get dlm working by install linux-image-extra-virtual inside a linode (xen) environment. unfortunately, this caused my boot up to fail approximately 50% of the time. i was unable to discover the exact cause, but believe it was because the boot image because MUCH larger, and there was some sort of corruption issue loading this.
I do believe dlm should be available because of its use in cman for cluster services, which a lot of linux virtual machines provide services this way. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1116338 Title: linux-image-virtual does not have dlm module To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1116338/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
