Can someone confirm if they experience similar problems with broadcom 4312?
I receive kernel panic after a random number of minutes (normally 2 - 15 minutes) when I use Transmission. When doing casual web browsing I do not get any panic, so maybe it is network load related. If I boot with kernel 3.5 there are no problems at all.
