I have, it made no difference on any other hardware. I'm presently working away at UDEV & HAL to figure out why HAL is not picking up the physical unplugging of my MP3 player (this is why it has been failing to reconnect my MP3 player on subsequent re-connects, HAL think the player was never unplugged - it's a very unusual issue).
