Indeed, I have version 2.2.0-1ubuntu4 on feisty. My icon theme on openoffice is "automatic".I have tried every openoffice icon theme (industrial/crystal/...) but I get no icons in every case.
My gnome icon theme is Tango. I have change the icon theme to Human and relaunched openoffice and I could see the human icon in openoffice. I tried again to change the openoffice icon theme to crystal/industrial/human...
