Hi, This "simply" option is meant for anacron . While using precisely you have to set the precise time for the backup, simply just ask you for a frequency (daily, monthly, weekly ) and will make the backup when the computer is found available for this ( some thing that precisely wouldn't do, if your computer is not up at the precise time, then it'll wait till the next scheduled time ).
Then simply was a word I chose myself because I couldn't find another one that would have fit. If you have another one that is better then just propose and it'll be changed .
