It's an Intel motherboard I got from work with no documentation or packaging whatsoever. I couldn't find any documentation online exactly matching my board, so I actually don't have any of the front ports hooked up. I'm playing the audio out of one of the ports outback, which are attached to the board, not the ones attached to the case.
