I wonder who ever decided to have the window borders not configurable. I work on a large screen and easily get RSI problems when I use the mouse too much. Thus I use a wacom tablet with a stylus pen additionally as a mouse enhancement. I always work with multiple windows and frequently rearrange them to suite my needs.
I also use focus follows mouse WITHOUT autoraise as I want to be able to cut and paste from a lower window to a top window without windows changing their order. I also want to type in a terminal which is half covered from firefox withouth the terminal coming to top and burying the browser text. That said I want to resize my windows at ANY border not just in the corners or from the title bar. On KDE 2 which I used for years this was no problem but with latest desktops the ergonomics seem to be overruled by designers. I wish every GUI designer be at least 50 years of age so that eyesight degrading and parkinsons symptoms are on the verge :( -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/160311 Title: Resizing windows by grabbing window borders is difficult To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ayatana-design/+bug/160311/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
