I installed the latest daily build of Raring onto a fresh partition. I just finished doing the installation and haven't yet installed any software or done any customizations (I did run updates).
Right now I have it with two network connections, ethernet and wi-fi. As before, the IPv6 displayed using the wi-fi connection looks good, but the one displayed with the ethernet connection contains the mac address. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ *From:* Marc Deslauriers <mailto:marc.deslauri...@canonical.com> *Sent:* Wednesday, January 30, 2013 10:11AM *To:* mcellius <mailto:mcell...@gmail.com> *Subject:* [Bug 1108545] Re: In Raring, the reported IPv6 address contains the computer's mac address, compromising security.
