Hello from upstream author.

This bug was discussed at tomoyo-dev-ja mailing list, but it seems that
tomoyo-tools-2.5 package did not arrive in time for Ubuntu 12.04 release.

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/tomoyo/lists/archive/dev/2011-October/001362.html
(2011/10/25):

  Today I uploaded tomoyo-tools-2.5.0-20111025.tar.gz . I guess that Ubuntu
12.04 is going to use Linux 3.2 kernel (which includes TOMOYO 2.5). But since
development version of Debian (Wheezy) as of today is using Linux 3.0 kernel
(which includes TOMOYO 2.3), I worry that Debian users will be confused if
tomoyo-tools-2.5 package is added to Debian's repository before Debian starts
using Linux 3.2 kernel. Is there an approach that can add tomoyo-tools-2.5
package to Ubuntu's repository before tomoyo-tools-2.5 package is added to
  Debian's repository?

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/tomoyo/lists/archive/dev/2011-October/001363.html
(2011/10/28):

I got an answer: "Not impossible to do so, but we need pointers like

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/tomoyo/lists/archive/users-en/2011-October/000416.html
which explains why such exceptional handling is needed. Why not to make a
package which will be uploaded to Debian's repository when Debian arrives at
Linux 3.2 after Precise arrived at Linux 3.2 (as of now Precise is 3.1)?"

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/tomoyo/lists/archive/dev/2011-November/001364.html
(2011/11/15):

It seems that Ubuntu 12.04 is going to use Linux 3.2. Also, development
version of Debian has reached Linux 3.2-rc1 kernel. So, it is time to upload
  tomoyo-tools-2.5.0-20111025.tar.gz into repositories?

http://sourceforge.jp/projects/tomoyo/lists/archive/dev/2012-March/001365.html
(2012/03/17):

It seems that tomoyo-tools-2.5 package is not yet available in Ubuntu 12.04's
repository. If we leave this status, somebody would by error install
tomoyo-tools-2.4 package and be caught by "unable to boot" trap. Would you
check the status of tomoyo-tools-2.5 package?

Unfortunately, I moved to new office on 2012/04/01 and I have been too busy to
hear the response. Since LP: #1106992 was submitted, it seems that no action
for sending tomoyo-tools-2.5 package to Ubuntu 12.04 repository has been taken.

This bug was caused by my lack of time, I'm sorry for the inconvenience.
Solution for this bug is to copy tomoyo-tools-2.5 package from Ubuntu 12.10's
repository into Ubuntu 12.04's repository (like ash has already done).

Regards.
