Chirstopher, I am nut sure if it has sense. I tried Ubuntu 12.10, OpenSuse 11.2. and LinuxMint Live and it's same on all distros despite using various kernels. Seems as general intel_idle, acpi_idle and/or intel Panther QM chipset problem, so I reported it to buzilla.kernel.org and it can be proably closed here. I am sorry for wrongly targeted report.
