Public bug reported:

Running XFCE 4.4.0 on an up-to-date Feisty install, not sure what package
handles this kinda stuff. I upgraded from Breezy to Dapper last year, then
Dapper to Edgy to Feisty in a couple of runs (various errors happened during
the process, but it seems fine now apart from this).
If this isn't a real bug and someone knows how to reconfigure XFCE or what
package I need to install, let me know.

Steps to reproduce on my machine:
1. Navigate to and select menu entry Xfce -> Settings -> Screensaver settings
2. Observe alert box stating 'Xfce Settings Manager error: No such pluging
"screensaver"'
3. Weep in sorrow.

** Affects: Ubuntu
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
