@Phillip: here is the ESP (sda1) of case #24: http://dl.dropbox.com/u/73524632/esp.tar.bz2 The user tried several times chkdsk C: /R and chkdsk C: /F , without getting any error. This didn't solve the bug. Hope this will help.
