Hello!
1) I have installed on VirbualBox, Edubuntu amd64
(10a0abbefa754b36869be07fb2460bf1 *raring-dvd-amd64.iso 20130111).
2) On the session "gnome fallback", on the high panel, I have clicked on the
time.
3) On the "setting Date & Time" this link is false because is launched
"gnome-control-center (view screencast).
