I started a kernel bisect between v3.6 final and v3.7-rc1. This will require testing about 7 - 10 kernels to identify the commit that introduced this regression.
The first test kernel is available and is built up to commit: 24d7b40a60cf19008334bcbcbd98da374d4d9c64 The kernel can be downloaded from: http://people.canonical.com/~jsalisbury/lp1094722 Can you test that kernel and report back if it has the bug or not.
