Can you confirm the bug did not exist in v3.3 final? v3.4 is not a
linear commit to v3.3.8 stable. This test will rule out that the bug
was fixed in a v3.3 stable release.
Also, did you test any of the v3.4 release candidates? v3.4-rc1,
v3.4-rc2, etc? If not, that should be done to confirm the bug wasn't
introduced in one of the release candidates. The best way to test the
release candidates is to pick on in the middle, such as v3.4-rc4. If it
has the bug, then test v3.4-rc2. If v3.4-rc4 does not have the bug,
then test v3.4-rc6.
