Precise, LO LibreOffice 3.5.4.2, Build-ID: 350m1(Build:2) I had to delete '.config/libreoffice/3/user/extensions' after updating to proposed lo-menubar (0.1.1-0ubuntu0.1). Otherwise the menu was not integraded into panel and LO-Menus where not available via HUD.
