Ubuntu 12.10 fine installed my /dev/sda10 partition with same DVD+RW media. Do-release-upgrade -d command fine upgraded my 12.10 installation with Ubuntu 13.04 actual development release. So absolute sure I think have Ubiquity a bug with producing this I/O error after the copy operation leave the 59% percentage.
