*** This bug is a duplicate of bug 595489 *** https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/595489
It's not strictly a duplicate, because it pertains to different versions of the kernel. BTW, I have this on Lucid 10.04.4 fully updated as of 2013-01-01 with kernel: 2.6.32-45-pae-latest 2.6.35-32.28-pae Which kernel should I use if I want to make an lvm2 snapshot of an ext4 root? Would I avoid this bug if I mount the root filesystem as ext3 instead?? -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/615911 Title: creating a LUKS snapshot hangs the system To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/lvm2/+bug/615911/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
