That behaviour still on today even system is up to date. SC still able to display proposed software and install them. Difference with Lucas Chiodini's case is that the "History" button contains correct history. I order to uninstall/remove any software, I have to remember its name and make a search in "All software" button, so it is able to display whether that software is installed. When installed it propose a remove button.
I don't know which any previous action could made SC to loose its functionnality for "Installed" button. Can "Ubuntu Tweak" be the cause ? (I ran it before the issue as I remember but not sure).
