Public bug reported:
I installed telepathy-rakia so that I could configure my voip account in
empathy, but due to all empathy accounts being configured through the
online accounts interface and the interface not offering rakia as an
option, I am unable to make use of that telepathy service. On KDE I can
configure it and it does work completely.
