This is an inverted understanding on how bug reporting works. As per
Ubuntu Kernel Team policy, unless a bug reporter has tested for the
problem in the mainline kernel, it would not be marked Triaged, or a
state in which a developer would begin working on this as per

Hence, could you please test http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-
ppa/mainline/v3.8-rc1-raring/ and comment to the results?
