Looks like this has been fixed upstream in
http://anonscm.debian.org/gitweb/?p=lintian/lintian.git;a=commit;h=f4bc03f29c.

However, it turns out that there are more failures:

- binaries-missing-depends-on-numpy-abi: basic.c:1:20: fatal error: Python.h:
No such file or directory (caused by multiarched python2.7) — will try to
submit a patch upstream now;
- shared-libs-non-pic-i386 fails for me on i386 — will report a bug upstream.

** No longer affects: lintian4python (Ubuntu)

** Changed in: lintian (Ubuntu)
       Status: Triaged => In Progress

** Changed in: lintian (Ubuntu)
     Assignee: (unassigned) => Dmitry Shachnev (mitya57)

** Summary changed:

- Please sync lintian 2.5.11 from Debian experimental (main)
+ Merge lintian 2.5.11 from Debian experimental
