Public bug reported: See attached screenshot. I would literally have to drag and drop the Eclipse icon to lock it to the Unity Launcher, since Eclipse seems to have absolutely nowhere to minimize to without being locked! And locking seems to be a workaround... but still, it should put an icon there upon being launched.
