Chandru, this bug was about the the HUD not supporting indicators that use GMenuModel (instead of dbusmenu) to export their menus. This has been fixed.
The problem you're referring to is tracked in bug #1072052. It happens because the HUD checks for exported menus once as soon as the indicators appear on the bus, but some indicators export their menus slightly later.
