I'm on Raring, and I get no visual indication that any sort of error report is being sent anytime I get an Apport crash window, regardless of whether Show Details is clicked or not. I used to get a progress bar, be taken to Launchpad, etc., but now I get nothing beyond a window saying something happened and asking if I want a report sent.
