The bug is in 7.04 too. I don't know about gusty (should I test it with liveCD?). I am not sure it is a hotkey package bug : this package is not installed on my pc. As I said in my first message, I have define this shortcut in system>preferences>keyboard shortcuts (Gnome). The page you pointed me to identify the right package cannot help me to found what package contain the shorcut preferences of Gnome. Thanks.
