Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: khelpcenter

At first I only saw one bug where khc_htsearch.pl was looking for
/usr/lib/cgi-bin/htsearch (actual file) in /srv/www/cgi-bin/htsearch, so
I fixed that. However, then I began to notice that all the khc_ht*
scripts were never configured for how Debian/Ubuntu place files.

I am doing an svn checkout on KDE 3.5.7's khelpcenter. I will base a
patch off of that and submit it here.

It may be desirable to try and make these scripts work in multiple
distributions using the same file (and perhaps rewrite it in Python :P),
but I don't know of any good methods to doing so (and I don't know the
file system standards used in non-Debian distributions anyhow). Perhaps
some of these values should be more easily configurable by the distro?

** Affects: kdebase (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
