Same thing happens here, using the WG511v1 on a Laptop (worked fine with
6.10), but it doesn't work with 7.04 anymore.

Dmesg, lspci etc pp. after boot and after first unplug/plug added.

When trying to unplug the card second time it causes a kernel panic:

Kernel panic - not syncing: Fatal exception in interrupt

and showing that message in a loop:

atkbd.c: Spurious ACK on isa0060/serio0. Some program might be trying
access hardware directly.

Scroll and Caps Lock LEDs blink permanently.
