Public bug reported:

Ubuntu 12.04
Grizzly Testing Packages

After installing quantum-server, the service can't start since the Python
modules versions are wrong.
To make quantum-server useable, I have to install manually the right versions :

pip install -Iv http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/W/WebOb/WebOb-1.0.8.zip
pip install -Iv https://py-amqplib.googlecode.com/files/amqplib-0.6.1.tgz
pip install -Iv
http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/S/SQLAlchemy/SQLAlchemy-0.7.9.tar.gz
pip install -Iv
http://pypi.python.org/packages/source/k/kombu/kombu-1.0.4.tar.gz
