i'm using regular Ubuntu Quantal, have seen /tmp mount error after ext4
filesystem check on boot with 3.5.0-18.29 kernel.

Have tried to reboot with 3.5.0-17-generic kernel, did not see the
error, it did not appear after repetitive reboots with 3.5.0-18.29
kernel, so it probably it is related to ext4 filesystem check routine,
which is sometimes invoked on boot.
