So, the files one would want do not exist. Hence, let us scrap trying to further narrow down the 2.6.x release for now. Instead could you please test the newest Lucid kernel 2.6.32-45.100 via https://launchpad.net/~canonical-kernel- team/+archive/ppa/+build/3982386 ?
