Hmm... Maybe it's a different problem or manifestation of said problem. I definitely had the problem and it was definitely fixed for me with the 1.1 release (of 0.4). I am using it pretty much every day for extended periods of time. I had only one case when conenctivity disappeared, but network manager was still showing me as connected.
