HI Christopher, I tested with 3.7-rc6.
I can boot but, again, Unity does not load (no launcher or top panel). Also my input devices do not work (no response to keyboard, mouse responds but freezes) so I cannot use the system. I closed the lid on the laptop and there is no response from the system. At least the previous mainline kernel build activated the suspend process. So I would say this version has regressed even further. I'd like to note that with each previous 2-3 releases of Ubunbtu I have installed, Suspend has been broken (and then fixed shortly after release) so I would say there must be a known issue that continues to regress with each release.
