How to reproduce.
1) Connect to a hotspot access point, network panel icon is "connecting"
2) Connected, notification at bottom side of the screen, network panel icon
shows signal strength
3) Connect to another access point, network panel icon is "connecting"
4) Connected, notification at bottom side of the screen, network panel icon is
still "connecting"
