I do not agree with the choice of words from 'Wintermute', but I do agree that I fix should be released for the LTS.
I know that this won't happen, but why not release the old udisks on the LTS. Under Lucid (LTS) one could downgrade udisks so it kept working. So why not downgrade udisks for the current LTS?
