hdf5 (1.8.9-1~exp1) experimental; urgency=low

  * New upstream release (Closes: #673788)
    Changes of symbols are private functions (doubled check with upstream)
  * Bring back C++ library (but do not track the C++ symbol).
    (Closes: #660539, #660547)
  * Update the package libhdf5-mpi-dev description (Closes: #659125)
  * Use /usr/bin/cc & /usr/bin/c++ for the serial compilation
  * Enable hardening flags
