Bug #225851 appears to be reporting problems with the same hardware
going as far back as hardy, so in all likelihood this isn't a recent
regression.

Rick: When you get a chance please do the following. Install the trace-
cmd package on the affected machine and run 'sudo trace-cmd record -e
mac80211'. Leave this running until you get the disconnect, then kill
trace-cmd with Ctrl-C. In the directory where you ran trace-cmd you'll
find a file named trace.dat; please attach that file to the bug (it may
be rather large so you may want to gzip it before attaching). Thanks!
