We need to separate out two issues here. This bug is about the tech
support system being hard to find.

Looking at the current "/support" page of the website, the reality is
that the tech support system is given a *higher* visibility than the
other community support systems, as it has its own section. For that
reason I'm marking the bug as fixed.

To be more logical, it would probably make sense to give tech support
its own subpage and link to it in the "Free Community Support" section,
as the distinction on the page should be between commercial and free
support.

As for bug reporting - the decision to remove the bug reporter menu
entry for stable releases was taken by the development team and should
be discussed with them.
