Randall: the change that has happened is that Microsoft has no majority market share in computing as a whole, as it is just in desktop market they still have it. In mobile market, Linux based (but otherwise much proprietary) Android as the majority together with Apple. In the server market, Linux and Ubuntu has a major market share.
